A quality management system meeting the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011 has been developed and implemented in SIVIlab Testing Laboratory
Quality of the services rendered by the laboratory is assured by
  • Improvement of the quality control system as a result of regular inspections and system elements analysis
  • Regular training of personnel in GLP requirements, regulatory documents, and documented procedures
  • Compliance with set procedures for record keeping, sample recording and labeling which eliminates the risk of unreliable results

Complying with ethical and moral standards is the fundamental principle of the laboratory relations with its customers, partners, and competitors.
A Quality Control System for test results is implemented in the testing laboratory to evaluate quality of test and study results and ensure their accuracy and reliability. It includes the intra-laboratory control, inter-laboratory comparisons, and external quality control for measurement procedures. The system meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 5725-6-2002: Accuracy and precision of measurement methods and results.
  • Implement the test quality management system that sets up an organizational structure, responsibilities, test procedures, requirements to personnel qualification, resources, test methods, and intra-laboratory control.
  • Implement and maintain the quality management system and improve its effectiveness on a continuous basis.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements and anticipating their expectations.
  • Inform personnel on the quality policy and objectives of the quality management system.
  • Direct the testing laboratory activities to build confidence in it and its services in the conduct of accreditation tests.
  • Keep the laboratory personnel free from any commercial, financial or other pressures which could affect their expert opinion and compromise confidence in their independence and integrity in respect to testing activities.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of test results except when they are requested by authorities under the procedure established by law.
  • Comply with the common professional practice and maintain high quality of tests specified in the accreditation area with the accuracy set in regulatory documents.
  • Comply with the accreditation criteria and requirements to accredited bodies as per GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2009.
