Policy on personal data processing
1. General Provisions
This policy of personal data processing is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law “On Personal Data” as of July 27th 2006 No 152-FZ and defines the procedure of personal data processing and measures to ensure personal data security of SIVILAB LLC (hereinafter referred as the Operator).

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures necessary for full compliance with the requirements of the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.

This policy of personal data processing is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law “On Personal Data” as of July 27th 2006 No 152-FZ and defines the procedure of personal data processing and measures to ensure personal data security of SIVILAB LLC (hereinafter referred as the Operator).
- The Operator shall make the observance of human and citizen's rights and freedoms during the processing of his/her personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrecy, its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities.
- This Operator's policy on personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about the visitors of the website https://sivilab.ru/
2. Key concepts used in the Policy
- Automated personal data processing – personal data processing with the use of computer equipment;
- Blocking of personal data – temporary cessation of personal data processing (except where processing is necessary to specify personal data);
- Website - a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at the network address https://sivilab.ru/;
- Personal data information system – the entirety of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;
- Depersonalization of personal data – actions resulting in the impossibility to determine, without additional information, whether personal data belongs to a specific personal data subject;
- Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
- Operator - a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity or natural person, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
- Personal Data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the https://sivilab.ru/ website;
- User - any visitor of the website https://sivilab.ru/;
- Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or group of persons;
- Destruction of personal data - any actions, as a result of which personal data are irretrievably destroyed with the impossibility of further recovery of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.
3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
- Name, Surname, patronymic name;
- Email adress;
- Phone numbers;
- The site also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using the Internet statistics service Yandex Metrika;
- The aforementioned data are united by the general term Personal Data.
4. Purposes of personal data processing
- The purpose of processing the User's personal data - sending to the User a reply to the User's message sent using the Service; forming a database of Users who provided their personal data by using the Service; formation of statistical data within the framework of internal research in order to improve the quality of services provided on the Site.
- The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending a letter to the e-mail address info@sivilab.ru with the note “Refusal of notifications about new products and services and special offers”.
- The anonymized data of Users, collected by means of Internet statistics services, serve to collect information about Users' activities on the website, to improve the quality of the website and its content.
5. Legal basis for personal data processing
- The Operator processes the User's personal data only if it is filled in and/or sent by the User himself/herself through special forms located on the website https://sivilab.ru/. By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending his/her personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his/her consent to this Policy;
- The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if it is allowed in the User's browser settings (cookies and JavaScript technology enabled).
6. Procedure for collection, storage, transfer and other types of personal data processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures necessary for full compliance with the requirements of the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.
- The Operator shall ensure the safety of personal data and take all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
- The processing of personal data is limited to the achievement of specific, predetermined and legitimate purposes. Processing of personal data incompatible with the purposes of personal data collection is not allowed.
- In case of identifying inaccuracies in personal data, the User may update them independently by sending a notice to the Operator's e-mail address info@sivilab.ru with the note “Personal Data Update”.
- The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice to the Operator's e-mail address info@sivilab.ru marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.
7. Final provisions
- The User may obtain any clarifications on issues of interest regarding the processing of his/her personal data by contacting the Operator via e-mail info@sivilab.ru.
- This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
- The current version of the Policy is freely available on the Internet at https://sivilab.ru/en/policy.
