SIVILAB® Scientific Research Center has developed and implemented a QMS that ensures compliance with GOST ISO/IEC 17025–2019, GOST 33044–2014, Decision of the EEC Council No. 77 dated November 3, 2016, Decision of the EEC Council No. 85 dated November 3, 2016.
- GOST ISO/IEC 17025–2019 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories”.
- GOST 33044–2014 “Principles of Good Laboratory Practice”.
- Decision of the EEC Council No. 77 dated November 3, 2016 “On Approval of the Rules of Good Manufacturing Practice of the Eurasian Economic Union”.
- Decision of the EEC Council No. 85 dated November 3, 2016 “On Approval of the Rules for Conducting Bioequivalence Studies of Medicinal Products within the Eurasian Economic Union”.
- Decision of the EEC Council No. 89 dated November 3, 2016 “On Approval of the Rules for Conducting Studies of Biological Medicinal Products of the Eurasian Economic Union”.
The quality of the services provided by SIVILAB® Scientific Research Center is ensured through:
- Constant equipping and efficient use of material and technical resources;
- Assignment authority by employee job function;
- Regular training and professional development of employees;
- Documentation of the rules and procedures for service quality assurance;
- Each employee’s compliance with the laboratory Quality Management System;
- Improvement of the Quality Control System based on the results of regular inspection, corrective action and analysis of the System’s elements.
- Adherence to the established order of accounting, sample registration and labeling to eliminate unreliable results.
- Annual Management System analysis by the management.
